How Velvet Whales filters
Velvet Whales does not show every Single Buys alert. It applies one fixed screen, and the live board above uses the same rule:
- liquidity at least $5.0K
- at least 250 holders
- top-10 wallets holding at most 40 %
At build time the lane held 47 recent alerts covering about 1 hours; 2 of them cleared the screen. Those that passed had a median market cap of $437.7K, median liquidity of $50.1K and about 262 holders. 9 out of 47 alerts showed a pool smaller than a tenth of the cap — a warning sign on its own. Across the whole lane, the ten largest wallets held a median 21 % of supply.
None of the recent alerts passed at build time, so the board may show a wider view until new alerts qualify.
